CrashCourse, an informative YouTube channel boasting 10 million subscribers ended up in our radar for their misguided claims (to put it subtly) about Christianity, arguments for God, ontology of God, logic of God etc. We understood that it was critical to respond to such gravely incorrect and preposterous allegations, especially given that it comes from such an influential channel. CrashCourse claims that there are core and fundamental contradictions with the existence of an omnipotent, omniscient, omnibenevolent God and evil in the world. Why would God allow ‘so much evil’ if He has some purpose? Why are there non-human sufferings like Covid-19? Why are we inheriting the ramifications of what Adam and Eve did? Tough questions? Dr. Clay Jones confidently asserts they are not. Is he right? Does the problem of evil not possess challenge to the Christian worldview? Tune in!
